To Inchydoney for a Beach Yoga and Sound Bath session (all for charity)

Fancy doing something wholesome this month?
On Sunday, April 26th you can venture out to the actual paradise that is Inchydoney Beach for a rather lovely morning for an excellent cause.
We’re talking Beach Yoga. And a Sound Bath. All in aid of Breakthrough Cancer Research, the leading funder of cancer research in Ireland.
Breakthrough invest in research to respond to the unmet needs of people with cancer and are particularly focused on cancers that are hard to treat or have a poor prognosis – brain, oesophageal, pancreatic, stomach, ovarian, liver and lung cancer. These seven cancers are causing almost 50 per cent of cancer deaths in Ireland.
Want to help out? Picture the scene: golden sands, the Atlantic doing its usual dramatic crashing routine, and a gaggle of yoga fans attempting downward-facing dog in the salty air.

Odette Norman will be leading the yoga session followed by a soundbath with Claire Barton and the event runs from 11am to 12.30pm on the day.
Intrigued? Just show up on the day and make a donation in person or via the idonate page. You can reserve your spot here.
Bring your togs in case you feel like a dip in the ocean afterwards.
