Three MacCurtain Street wine bars are teaming up to host a foodie Wine Trail

Tickets for this one will disappear fast.
Three of Cork’s new (but already iconic) wine bars are joining forces to treat local wine lovers to a dream afternoon during Cork on a Fork Fest.
A celebration of food and dining in Cork City, the festival will feature five days of feasting including food trails, tasting masterclasses, street events, bite-size food talks, and cooking demos, from August 16th to 20th, 2023.
As part of the fun, the Mac Curtain Street Wine Trail, a collab between Nell’s, MacCurtain Wine Cellar and Moody’s Cafe Vin, will take place at 3pm and 3.30pm in the VQ.
Each €50 ticketholder will head off on a fun jaunt, visiting three wine bars on the street that has become the epicentre of wine culture in Cork.

“Each venue will provide a tapa featuring the best of Cork produce paired with a wine that expresses the personality of each wine bar while complementing our amazing local food.” the organisers told us.
The trail will last approximately one hour with a bite, a drink, and a chat in each bar.
“Tickets are extremely limited due to the size of the venues so book early to avoid disappointment. Call MacCurtain Wine Cellar on 021 455 1533 Wednesday through Sunday from 12pm-10 pm.”
