It’s a lovely excuse to hop on your bike.

Cork Cycling Campaign is inviting participants of all ages to join them for the inaugural Mayfield Bike Jam this Friday, June 23rd.

The family-friendly event is part of Mayfield Fun Night at Glenamoy Park.

“The musical cycle from Glenamoy Park to the Glen and back again is an opportunity for families to enjoy a fun cycle!” said the organisers.

“We’ll be giving bike maintenance advice, with the support of Cork Community Bikes and an opportunity to check-in your bike while you check out the festivities in the park from 5pm.”

There’ll be loads happening in the Glenamoy Playground on the evening, so even if you’re not on two wheels, you can take the kids along to enjoy free games, demos, dancing, face painting, nail painting, and ice cream.
