This Vikings star will be in town for Cork Film Festival

If you’re a fan of the History Channel hit Vikings, you’ll know him as Aethelwulf, the King of Wessex.
But later this month, Dungarvan-born actor Moe Dunford will be in town to promote his latest film as part of Cork Film Festival – and he’ll even be answering questions after the screening.
Dunford’s tense new drama The Dig follows disgraced Callahan, as he returns to his abandoned farm having served 15 years for murder.
His plan to sell up and leave is thwarted by the victim’s father, who has spent the last 15 years digging up Callahan’s land in search for his dead daughter.
Amnesia-stricken, Callahan decides to join him in this grim task. Dark secrets soon surface in this feature-debut from sibling directors, Andy and Ryan Twohill.
Catch The Dig on Thursday, November 15th at 8.45pm in The Everyman.
The film will be followed by a Q&A with Moe Dunford, Andy and Ryan Twohill, and producer Brian Falconer. There will also be a repeat screening on Friday, November 16th at 1.30pm in The Gate Cinema.
