This ridiculously tasty peanut sauce is selling out in Cork

Have you tried it yet?
Made by White Mausu, (pronounced white mouse-u), an Irish food company that specialises in sauces, Peanut Râyu is the condiment everyone wants in their fridge this week.
So popular is the little white jar that Bradley’s off-licence and food store on Cork’s North Main Street sold out of the €6 product in record time and had to restock to keep up with demand.
Wowzers, first batch went quickly! Restocked again with the delicious @WHITEMAUSU Peanut Râyu. pic.twitter.com/kjDzyDOtYS

A mix of ground peanuts, sesame, honey, crispy garlic, Korean chilli flakes, salt, tamari and sunflower oil, it makes simple dishes taste like gourmet creations.
It’s also a tasty way to make veggies more exciting; just pour a dollop of Peanut Rayu on top of steamed broccoli or grilled salmon and you’re in flavour heaven.
Hands up: We’ve also been whacking it in our stir fries, sandwiches and avocado eggs. And we’re not the only ones…
Yay! It’s pure magic! I was buying it by the case from @organicobantry…it’d make cardboard taste delicious 😋

Dublin-based Katie Sanderson, who kickstarted the company, was born and grew up in Hong Kong.
Her sauces reflect her time there. Plus they’ll make you look just as well travelled when you bust them out at a dinner party.
Mine lasted a week, I’ll be in for some more tomorrow 🙈

Drop by Bradley’s asap to pick up a jar before the weekend. But do leave one for us if stocks are running low.
