This Michelin-starred restaurant reopens in March (and tables are already filling up)

A meal at Dede is on many a New Year bucket list.
But if you fancy dining at Ahmet Dede’s famous Baltimore restaurant in 2023, you’d be wise to get your reservation in pronto.
The West Cork-based chef has revealed that tables are already booking up fast for the coming year, with the venue closing on January 10th to prepare for a busy spring.
“Our first service will be on the 10th of March, reservations are open already and filling up fast thank you so much, everyone, we are so excited already for March and looking forward to welcoming you all.” the chef posted on Instagram.

Last year was a big one for the old Customs House restaurant, which was announced Food and Wine Magazine’s Best Restaurant in Munster. Ahmet Dede also scooped the Chef of the Year gong, with his menus described as “other-worldly” by foodie reviewers John and Sally McKenna of McKenna’s Guides.
