Oh, it’s that time of year again, folks.

Valentine’s Day is rapidly approaching, but if you’re too tired to swipe left on anyone and just want to sit in a dark room with a glass of something cold, preferably with a few olives floating in it, one Cork pub has just the excuse.

A Galentine’s Martini Masterclass is taking place at Crawford and Co., Anglesea Street, Cork City on February 16th. Tickets are €50 and include drinks and finger food alongside a full tutorial that will show you how to create two classic martini variations: an Espresso Martini and a Pornstar Martini.

Once you’re finished binge-watching the entire season of Love is Blind in one sitting, you can venture out for an afternoon that combines friendship, booze, and just the right amount of flair.

From 2pm to 4pm on the day, you’ll be channelling your inner mixologist, shaking, stirring, and serving like a pro. It’s the perfect antidote to that post-Valentine’s blues.
