This fun social group connects North Cork gals for cocktails, chats and hikes
As an adult, it’s hard to make new friends.
But as study after study shows us, it’s these relationships that tend to be the most enduring of all. In fact, they could even be the secret to longevity, meaning friends literally make your life longer.
If you’re new in town or interested in making new mates, The North Cork Girl Group has taken matters into its own hands and set up a group for women who are looking to get out and about for a summer of group activities.
“This group has been set up to connect women living in and around North Cork who are looking to meet new friends in a friendly environment,” said the group founders on Instagram. And women of all ages can take part.
“The Group is a mix of women (20s-50s) including mams… we have a growing group of 40 plus members,” they added.
The North Cork Girl Group plans on organising events over brunch, coffee, walks and hikes, and other days out so you’ll always have somewhere to go and a gang to head off on adventures with.
