Does your wardrobe need a little updating?

Now you can satisfy your grá for fashion without giving up on your pledge to be more sustainable, thanks to a fun new swap meet at Rebel Reads.

The Marina Commercial Park community bookshop is hosting a Cork Clothes Swap on the first Wednesday of every month.

“Simply come along with clean clothes you no longer wear and swap them,” they explain.

“We have a large selection of clothes to choose from and if you don’t find something you like, you can just come back to the next swap. If you have nothing to swap, feel free to come along and have a look. If there is something you want then we can accept a donation.”

The next two events take place on November 3rd at 7pm and December 1st at 7pm (take the third entrance into the commercial park, then take the first left and continue straight until you are opposite the Marina Market – Rebel Reads is next to Oh My Goodness).

There’s tea, coffee and tunes to enjoy while you’re browsing and while donations are accepted to fund the event, they are not compulsory.
