If Champagne is your drink of choice, it’s likely that you’ve already enjoyed a night or two at Cork’s five-star Hayfield Manor Hotel, but now there’s a rather good excuse for a return visit.
On Thursday, November 30th, the swish venue is throwing a Champagne Bollinger Dinner, with each €149 ticket promising a night of the best bubbles around.
The event begins at 6.30pm with a Champagne and canapé reception with an introduction from the resident sommelier, Apostolos Bourexis, along with Master of Wine, journalist and broadcaster, Mick O’Connell.
A delicious five-course menu specially created by Executive Chef, Mark Staples, will follow, designed to complement the carefully selected Champagnes.
