Crafting has really come on since we were kids.

Take felting for instance; long gone are the Fuzzy Felt boards and their basic circles and squares… these days, crafters are using felt to create incredibly realistic animals and birds.

And now you can give it a go yourself; Vibes & Scribes is hosting Felted Friends: An Introduction to Felting demo in their Bridge Street store on Saturday, February 2nd, 2019.

Laura Statham from Madeline Rose Felt Art will guide beginners of all ages (supervised children are welcome) through the basics of working in wool.

The workshop begins at 10.30am. Tickets (available here) cost just €5 and can be spent as a voucher in the shop on the day.
