This is a lovely way to make some Christmas memories.

A Family-Friendly Wreath Making Workshop will take place in The Cricket Club on The Mardyke this weekend, offering parents and minders a unique chance to build something beautiful together to take home.

It’s all part of a series of workshops run by Cork flowersmith and all-round creative genius Jill O’Keeffe (aka Jill Wild) over December 8th and 9th, 2018.

Running from 11am until 1pm on Sunday, December 9th, parents are invited to “sip on a hot chocolate or coffee, rock the baby in the buggy and we’ll keep the smallies occupied making their own festive bits.”

“We’ll make sure you go home with an enviable door decoration and hopefully a happily worn-out child!”

Sounds like an attractive proposition.

Numbers are limited to eight adults for this session (tickets €50) and each parent can bring a baby (under two years) and a child (under 14) along, at no additional charge.

To book your spot, visit the website.
