This delicious all-you-can-eat Indian buffet is open on Christmas Day

By Yay Cork December 16, 2024December 16, 2024

No big plans for Christmas Day this year?

If you’re looking for a spot for a delicious dinner on December 25th, one popular city restaurant will be open and serving all day.

Desi Bites, tucked inside the John Harrington Industrial Estate on Tramore Road, will be opening their all-you-can-eat buffet from 11am until 6pm on the day, with a feast of meat-based and veggie dishes on offer for customers to choose from.

The Christmas Day Special at Desi Bites is €18.99 per person and you can enjoy as many of their dishes as you can manage with no cooking or washing up to deal with afterwards.

This hidden gem serves up a flavour adventure, overflowing with both meaty curries and vibrant veggie options.

The menu includes Chicken Karahi, Biryani, Nihari and Chicken Haleem, Dal Makhani, Dal Chana, paneer, pilau rice and plenty of naan and roti for dipping.

You can dig into appetisers such as Pani Puri and Punjabi Samosa as well as Aloo Tikki and Tandoori Chicken Leg to start and finish your meal with desserts including custard fruit trifle and Shahi Badami Kheer, a creamy, rich and delicious Indian rice pudding.

Not many Cork restaurants are open on December 25th so this’ll be a busy one at Desi Bits – get your booking in now by calling 021 431 76 48.
