With the Saint Patrick’s Day celebrations in full swing across the city county, one local pizza spot has just unveiled a very special pizza to fuel the party or help you deal with the repercussions the day after.

Oak Fire Pizza is whipping up a Full Irish pie for the weekend that’s in it. And it is a masterpiece.

We’re talking a base slathered with Ballymaloe Irish stout sauce – because, let’s face it, nothing says “St. Patrick’s Day” like a bit of the black stuff. Then, mozzarella, because, well, cheese. And then? Then the real magic happens.

Clonakilty black pudding, pulled ham, O’Flynn’s sausage, and… wait for it… fried potatoes.
