Check in to the tinkle of the ivories in the hotel’s stunning lobby with live piano music before relaxing in your room and getting your glad rags on for the evening.

Festivities will begin at seven o’clock with a Champagne reception, as The Loungeman warms up the crowd on the main stage.

At 8pm, the dinner bell will summon guests for the beginning of a sumptuous four-course meal prepared by Executive Head Chef, Martin O’Mahony, with wine included, and more live music throughout.

The Bentley Boys will lead the entertainment through the evening, so you can strut your stuff on the dance floor as you await the stroke of midnight.

And the party continues until the early hours; the Gala Black Tie event will treat guests to live music from 6.30pm right through to 2.30am.
