This Cork hotel has named a cocktail in honour of Ed Sheeran
They’re calling it the Rebel Ed.
As 120,000 devoted Ed Sheeran fans descend on Cork today for three sold-out concerts at Páirc Uí Chaoimh, one hotel has paid tribute to the singer songwriter on their cocktail menu.
The Montenotte Hotel just unveiled the Rebel Ed; a Jameson Irish Whiskey blend topped up with the most distinctly ‘Cork’ ingredient of all; Tanora.
Word has it Ed Sheeran will be staying at The Hayfield Manor, but something tells us his fans will be making a beeline for The Montenotte.
