This Cork gelato shop has gone ALL OUT for Halloween

It’s a whole lot tastier than it looks.
The Gino’s Gelato crew have been busy at the cauldron, whipping up some spooktacular flavours for Halloween… including a limited edition take on a very pedestrian classic.
Black Vanilla, made with pure vanilla extract and coconut charcoal to give it a devilish darkness, is just one of the ghoulish treats on offer at the Paul Street and Oliver Plunkett Street gelato outlets.
But it gets worse (or better, depending on how much you appreciate a little gore at this time of year).
The gelato sculptors have also created a few other new additions to lurk in their freezers during October.
Drop by in the coming days to check out their chocolate graveyard and lounging skeleton, a macabre human heart and a sinister mummy’s head, complete with bloody bandages made from strawberry and chocolate sauces.
Delicious.
If you’re feeling fruity, the Blas na hÉireann Gold Award Winning Mango Sorbet is the perfect pick-me-up.
Made in store each day from fresh mango, it’s fat free, vegan, gluten free and contains no artificial colours so as evil as it might look after the Gino’s crew get their hands on it, the ingredients are truly saintly.
