This Cork five-star hotel just opened a luxe Champagne Courtyard

Round up your fanciest friends.
The five-star Hayfield Manor Hotel has reimagined its beautiful glass garden drinks venue, launching Cork’s Champagne Courtyard.

Nestled within the hotel’s walled gardens, Bloom is a already popular pick for leisurely dining and fun gatherings. Now it becomes “the city’s elegant new home for Champagne appreciation, a refined yet relaxed space where every visit feels like a celebration.”
You can order your bubbles by the glass from €24, but high rollers can push the boat out with a bottle of 307 Rare Champagne Millésime 2013 – a cool €480 a bottle.
What’s on the menu?
Grab a seat in the cosy cube, made entirely of glass with a retractable walls and ceiling, and savour a world-class collection of Champagnes, served by the glass and bottle, featuring renowned houses such as Lasnon, Billecart-Salmon Rosé, Ruinart Blanc De Blancs and Dom Pérignon Brut.

Each pour is perfectly complemented by a curated menu crafted by Hayfield Manor’s Executive Head Chef Mark Staples and his team, featuring the best of Cork’s renowned local producers. Highlights include Rossmore West Cork Oysters, Slow-Cooked Braised West Cork Beef Bon Bons, and delicate Monkfish Ceviche.
From indulgent brunches and crafted cocktails to memorable champagne celebrations, Bloom is the ideal spot for a Christmas catch-up or a special celebration or birthday.
It might even be your cue to start planning more Champagne moments.
