Think you’ve tasted every cocktail in Cork?

Think again.

Over on Pembroke Street, down by the GPO, one city restaurant has a special treat for cocktail connoisseurs – but if you don’t ask, you don’t get.

Keep it to yourself, but ORSO Kitchen & Bar has a secret cocktail menu. Each month, they’ll be adding three new cocktails, all named after old Cork lanes and famous Corkonians.

There’s only one catch; it will only be available to those who ask for it.

“We want to create a unique and memorable experience for our guests,” said ORSO manager Rob Hayes.

“After extending our evening opening hours to Tuesday – Saturday, we wanted to put our stamp on the city’s night scene with something exciting.

“Guests will be taken on a guided tour of the more experimental side of our bar. It promises to be full of theatre and bold flavours.”

We love a bit of mystery on a night out. Plus it’s a top-notch way to impress a date.
