This café will do you a pumpkin and pecan French toast for your Halloween brunch
They had us at French toast, TBH.
But Cork’s OG brunch spot The Liberty Grill is frying up something extra special for the weekend that’s in it.
Head for the Washington Street café between 9am and 3.30pm and you can order a hefty plate of Pumpkin and Pecan French Toast
The Liberty Grill chefs describe the dish as “a freakishly delicious French toast topped with roast pumpkin, candied pecan, and maple soy yogurt.”

It’s vegan too so you don’t need to worry if you’re a plant-based eater.
Brunch is served at the Liberty Grill from Monday to Saturday, but they’ll be closed Sunday, October Bank Holiday Monday and Tuesday, November 1st so get yourself a seat for this seasonal treat pronto.
