This beach party promises a day of yoga, sauna and massage this weekend

After a summer spent nipping from ice cream truck to beer garden, this is exactly what we need.
On September 9th, Inch Beach in Midleton will become a seaside oasis dedicated to helping visitors stretch their bodies, sweat out those toxins and learn new ways to ditch stress.
Organised as part of Feast 2018, the East Cork Food & Drink Festival, Food for the Soul runs all day, with free entry and plenty of donation-only classes and feel-good treats on offer.
The activities kick off at 12pm when the Warming Wagon Luxury Beach Sauna opens, with all proceeds from the day going to charity.
At 12.30pm Midleton Mindfulness will guide you through some mindful breathing, while a beach fitness class with Paschal de Connick runs from 12pm to 3pm.
Pilates Studio Midleton will hold a session from 2pm until 2.45pm, while Ubud Holistic offer ten-minute massages and reflexology from 2pm to 4pm.
There’s one hour of Kundalini Yoga with Shama Kaur at 3pm and another at 4pm, hosted by Laughing Buddha Yoga Rooms.
You can learn some Aussie Rules tips and trick with a training session at 4pm or work up a sweat with a beach fitness session at 5pm with PB Fitness.
And you don’t even need to pack a picnic; throughout the day there’ll be healthy food to fuel your activities by Loving Salads and plenty of fresh juices to keep you hydrated.
All you need to bring is a beach towel, a yoga mat and a bottle of water. For the full and up-to-date schedule, see The Warming Wagon on Facebook.
