These roving seaweed baths are returning to West Cork for Easter

Fancy a bath by the bay?
There’s a long tradition of seaweed baths in coastal communities around the country. And it’s no wonder.
On top of the practice’s incredible restorative powers- and the near-spiritual experience you get from staring out onto the water for an hour- seaweed is a well-known ocean treasure, bursting with minerals and nutrients that are essential for optimal health and radiant skin.
Wild Atlantic Seaweed Baths is a fully mobile seaweed bath that operates in various locations in Ireland, including West Cork, Kerry, Clare, and South Galway Bay.
The company has been making whiskey barrel hot tubs for ten years, and the roving seaweed baths are their latest project- equipped with custom-made heating systems.
Next weekend, they are on their way back to Bantry so us Corkonians can reap the benefits of this ancient remedy.
