These are the dates for the Nano Nagle Place Christmas Markets this year

It’s a gorgeous spot for a festive stroll.
Nano Nagle Place has announced that its local Christmas markets will return to the front plaza on Douglas Street this weekend (December 10th and 11th) and next weekend (December 17th and 18th).
Local craftspeople will be setting up stalls at the venue, awarded the hugely prestigious Council of Museum Prize in spring of this year, from 10am to 4pm and you can team some shopping with a coffee and lunch as well as a wander around the grounds to the backdrop of some atmospheric Christmas music.
“Visitors will be able to browse handcrafted Christmas gifts from suppliers including artist Keith O’Brien, chocolatier Lauana Designs, ceramics artist Creative C and macrame and crochet designer To Have and to Have Knot.” the organisers announced on social media.

The award-winning Nano Nagle Place design shop and Cork-focussed bookshop will also be open, both heaving with thoughtful gift ideas for everyone in the family.
The market is a free drop-in event, so no registration is required.
