There’s a ‘quote-along’ screening of Home Alone happening in Cork this weekend

Merry Christmas YA FILTHY ANIMALS!
If your yule can’t truly begin until you’ve seen the original Home Alone again, don your 90s Christmas jumper with pride because your dream day out is happening this weekend.
The Village Hall is hosting a ‘quote along’ screening of the festive family classic – and everyone’s invited!
Tickets (€10) include popcorn and soft drinks. For a few quid extra you can throw in dinner; arrive early for a lovely cheese pizza from Little Nero’s, (“No Fiddlin’ Around!”).
In case there’s a chance you’re unfamiliar with the movie (like, seriously?), here’s a refresher: eight-year-old Kevin McCallister (Macaulay Culkin) is accidentally left behind when his family rushes off on a Christmas vacation.
Kevin gets busy decorating the house for the holidays, but two bumbling burglars are trying to break in and Kevin ends up rigging a bewildering battery of booby traps to welcome them.
So far, so festive…
Home Alone is certified PG so it might not be suitable for the smallest members of your squad (although it didn’t do us any harm, amiright?). Check out IMDB’s parents guide so you can decide if it’s right for them.
The fun kicks off at 3pm on Sunday, December 17th at The Village Hall, 4 St Patrick’s Quay, Cork. You can book your tickets here.
