That said, there’s a new vegan taco on the menu at SOMA on Tuckey Street and to be honest, it deserves all your love and attention.

These hefty blue corn tacos are overflowing with smokey marinated tempeh and refried beans. Smothered on top are layers of pico de gallo and avocado cream.
The entire creation is artfully topped with pickled chillies and corn for added bite.
