My Goodness are serving up probiotic ice lollies during DesignPop

These look delicious.
The first ever DesignPop festival kicks off today, with six of Ireland’s leading designers working with local food producers to create bespoke installations that will pop up across Cork city centre for three days.
As part of their collaboration with Australian born Luke Hickson from Cork agency, Meitheal Design, My Goodness will be serving Design Popsicles from their custom pavilion on the boardwalk at Lapp’s Quay over the weekend.

The kefir and kombucha popsicles are made from all of the best bits of the My Goodness fermentation process; scobies, flowers and juiced fruity bits.
Chia seeds, rhubarb, strawberries, and mint have also been added to make a divine summer treat.
The specially created pavilions will give artists, creatives, foodies, designers and makers a platform to discuss and showcase their work.
