There’s a midnight feast happening in Kinsale and the food looks MAGICAL

This is a restaurant pop-up with a difference.
If you like your food to be artfully themed and beautifully presented, a new pop-up restaurant in Kinsale will be right up your street.
Suzanna Melinn of Banana Melon Kitchen and Carol O’Brien and Sarah O’Brien, owners of Kinsale’s OHK Cafe have joined forces to present a magical ‘MIDNIGHT’ supper on June 22nd, one of the longest days of the year.
According to the creative bunch behind the event, the menu will not only be a celebration of summer, it will also explore the darkness surrounding this transitory time of year:
‘As we dine late into the night our menu will reflect this transition into darkness, black and midnight shades being the order of the night.’ reads the description.
This artful plant based menu will feature the best of the season’s produce and ingredients from West Cork’s finest food producers, with black sushi and a main course of gnocchi among the dishes due to be served on the set menu,
Supper will begin at 9pm but guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior for a welcome drink.
Tickets, €45.96 including booking fee can be purchased here or in OHK with no booking fee.
