There’s a huge pizza party happening in Crosshaven – and you’re invited

Brought to you by Caramico Pizza.
Cancel your Saturday dinner plans.
There’s a new pizza in town and you’ve got an exclusive invitation to be the first to try it.
Caramico Pizza will unleash their mouthwatering pies on the world this weekend and Cork pizza lovers will be the first in the country to sink their teeth into a slice.
First things first; the name is inspired by the Irish word for friend (Cara) and the Italian word (Amico) – adorbz.
Secondly, it tastes divine: Caramico dough is made the traditional way, just like the pizzaiolos of Naples do. Left to chill and prove for 96 hours, the dough releases the magic combination of olive oil, fresh yeast, sea salt, water and double zero flour, the gold standard for a genuine Italian pizza.
The pizzas are then cooked to perfection in brick ovens, which are hand-made by experts in Italy.
Perfetto!
Even the sauce is made from Italian tomatoes grown at the foothills of Mount Vesuvius and Caramico pizzas are topped with creamy Fior di Latte mozzarella and the best of Irish toppings, including Gubbeen Cheese from West Cork and Irish Hampshire Ham from County Cavan.
Take your rumbling tummy to Lynch’s Centra, Point Road, Crosshaven, Co. Cork on Saturday, July 14th, where the Caramico crew will be waiting with more fresh, stone baked pizza than you can shake a mozzarella stick at between 4pm and 6pm.
The Currabinny boys, James Kavanagh and William Murray, will be there to share a slice of the action on social media too.
Hungry? Caramico Pizza is ready in four minutes out of the oven, and you can even order ahead on the super-easy app. Be sure to say ciao to your new pizza pals Caramico at Lynch’s Centra, Point Road, Crosshaven, Co. Cork.
