Hello weekend: White Russian ice pops are here and this is the recipe

Hey, just because we’re grown-ups, doesn’t mean we don’t like a ice lolly every now and then.
Especially when we’re talking about a boozy ice lolly, specially made from all the ingredients in one of our favourite classic cocktails.
The White Russian is traditionally made from Kahlúa, vodka and fresh cream.
Wouldn’t ya know it, this little recipe also freezes like a dream, making it ideal for enjoying on these long summer evenings once the kids have gone off to bed.
If you’d like to be extra about it, crumble a few chocolate chip cookies into the mix before freezing.
HEAVEN.
Here’s what you need:
3 mugs of cold coffee
Half a pint of double cream
8 tablespoons of Kahlua
5 tablespoons vodka
100g sugar or sweetener
8 tablespoons of water
2 cookies, crumbled
How to make your pops:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour into an ice-pop mould.
- Allow to set for four hours.
