There’s a free Family Fun Day in this Cork park on Sunday
Pack a picnic.
Need something fun (and free) to do with the kids this Sunday?
Look no further than Gerry O’Sullivan Park, where the Gurranabraher and Churchfield Family Fun Day is set to take over the green with an afternoon packed full of energy, entertainment, and smiles.
Running from 2pm to 5pm this Sunday, July 27th, this brilliant community event has everything you need to keep the little ones busy and buzzing: think sports, arts and crafts, face painting, puppet shows, balloon modelling, and live performances to keep the vibe lively all afternoon.
There’ll even be a DJ on-site spinning kid-friendly tunes, so expect some serious dance moves on the grass.

It’s the perfect excuse to get outdoors, soak up some community spirit, and let the kiddos burn off that endless weekend energy—without spending a cent.
So pack a few snacks, bring some sun cream (fingers crossed for good weather), and head to Churchfield for a Sunday that’s all about fun, laughter, and making memories with the whole family.
