The Vintage Tea bus tour is coming to Cork: Here’s what you need to know

It’s happening for one weekend only.
Dublin’s famous Vintage Tea Tours are bringing their 1960s Routemaster bus to Cork on July 20th and 21st, 2019 for an afternoon tea experience with a difference – the views change with every bite.
For this summer series event they’ve even hired a local expert who’ll share stories about Cork as you sip a cup of Barry’s and enjoy an afternoon menu made fresh by a Cork baker each morning.
And the fun doesn’t end once you hop off board; Vintage Tea Tours is partnering up with the River Lee hotel to offer guests a glass of bubbles for just €6 post tour.
“We’re so excited to come down to Cork in July and hopefully put on even more of these events.” says owner Karen Nixon.
“With a history as rich and diverse as Dublin’s there’s it’s really a no brainer. Also, Cork is the home of Barry’s tea and that’s of course the tea we serve on board.”
The Cork Summer Series will be running 11am, 1.15pm and 3.30pm on Saturday the 20th and 11am and 1.15pm on Sunday the 21st. Pick up and drop off will be at the River Lee hotel. Places are limited and are on sale now at vintageteatours.ie.
