It’s all systems go on Main Street.
The group behind Carrigaline’s swish new bar and restaurant Mabel Lane has announced that the venue will open in July, with the finishing touches currently underway.
Mabel Lane will be the fourth addition to The Emporium Company’s family of bars, which include The Castle and Yard in Glanmire, JJ Coppingers in Midleton, and Tradehouse Central in Ballincollig.

The new bar, which is designed by Yelland Architects and Paul Haffey Design and replaces O’Cogáin’s pub on the street, promises to bring ‘an upscale neighbourhood feel with good food, classic cocktails, live music and good vibes’ as well as 60 new jobs to the town when it opens later this summer.
“Our strategy from day one has been to bring a city-type bar experience to the suburbs, as we have successfully done with our other bars across the group,” said Group Manager at The Emporium Company, James Dullea.
