The kids will love this Cork hotel’s magical Leprechaun Family Walk
You never know what you’ll see down west.
In fact, if you’re lucky, you might even spot one of Ireland’s most fabled mysterious creatures this St Patrick’s weekend.
On Saturday, March 18th, The Westlodge Hotel is inviting families to join them at the venue for a Leprechaun Family Walk.
Meeting at 11am on the grounds of the hotel, 26 acres of landscaped gardens on the edge of Bantry town, the kids will enjoy some magical fun and a good run around while grown-ups stretch their legs (or recover from the night before).
Grab a reviving coffee afterwards or stay for lunch in the Carbery Lounge Bar.
As well as a fun morning in the fresh air, there’ll be plenty of photo opportunities in the gardens, which overlook Bantry Bay.

The Leprechaun Walk is one of a number of free events happening in Bantry for St Patrick’s Weekend.
Kicking off with the town’s famous market as well as a parade at 12.45pm on Friday, March 17th, there’ll be Trad and live music happening in various venues throughout the festival.
