It was wildly popular last year.

And now the folks behind the festive Farran Woods Christmas Market have announced that the event is returning for 2023, with two dates planned.

A host of top-notch artisan makers, bakers and craftspeople are lined up on Saturday, December 9th and Sunday, December 10th, 2023, with the market running from 10am to 4pm on both days.

The Fair will run beneath the trees at the Coillte-run park, where you can browse the stalls before an atmospheric walk in the forest.

Organised by Aoife of Perked Up Coffee, who will be on hand with delicious salted caramel and After 8, and Mexican chilli Ó Conaill hot chocolates, the event is the ideal way to get some exercise and enjoy panoramic views of Inniscarra Lake together with some good, old-fashioned Christmas shopping.
