The Dreamy Beamy is the Beamish beef sandwich you have to try this week

Adjust your lunch plans as necessary.
There’s a brand new sandwich in town and we have a feeling you might want to try it more than once.
Paperboys Cafe & Garden at The Triskel on Tobin Street has unveiled an outrageously delicious sambo involving beef brisket and a pure Cork beverage; Beamish.
The Dreamy Beamy, on the menu at the buzzy café for the month of February, is a crunchy ciabatta piled high with 12-hour Beamish braised beef brisket, zesty chimichurri, crispy shallots and fresh rocket.

Not only is the flavour combo is something magical, but it’s a whopper of a feed that will keep you going all day.
Paperboys is open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm at The Triskel. It’s dog-friendly too so feel free to bring along a furry lunch date.
