It’s back for the third year running.

Taste Cork Week 2018 will once again see Cork restaurants, pubs, cafés and hotels create their very own ‘Taste Cork’ experience for local foodies to enjoy from October 15th to 21st.

You can expect a true flavour of the Rebel county throughout the week, with tasting plates and pop-up dinners, cooking classes, lunch specials and beer pairing suppers.

The only rule is that the star dishes must celebrate the best of Cork produce.

Taste Cork is a joint venture between FSTVLR and Taste Cork and entry is completely free for businesses. Simply contribute a competition prize to help spread the word, plan your Taste Cork dish and register your dish, event or special offer as part of the trail.
