Take the fam to the Ballinlough Summer Festival for a bargain entry fee of €3

We’re in the final stretch of summer ’22.
But there are still plenty of days (and some decent sunshine) to take advantage of before the kids return to school.
Luckily for us, the good folk of Ballinlough Resident’s Association have been busy organising and fundraising for a jam-packed Summer Festival that’s sure to be alive with the sweet sound of childhood antics, wandering toddlers, and the smell of melting 99s.
On Saturday, August 27th, you can bring the fam along for a fun-filled day out at the Ballinlough Community Centre Park.
There’s plenty for young and old to do and see: you can test your limits on the fairground rides, visit the face painters, enjoy some entertainment from the balloon modellers and stilt walkers or take part in the fancy dress competition.
Later you can show off your chihuahua at the dog show or demonstrate your Roy Keane-like soccer skills and win a prize.

There’s even an Animal Roadshow, a sand craft workshop and inflatables to bounce around on.
Entry costs just €3 per person, which includes entry to all activities and events (not including food and beverages). Visitors are welcome to bring a picnic along too so it’s a pocket-friendly day out for the whole gang.
The Ballinlough Summer Festival takes place on Saturday, August 27th from 2:30pm at the Ballinlough Community Centre Park.
