As the atrocities continue, so too does the fundraising.

If you’re one of many Cork people who are concerned about the worsening level of inhumanity and deprivation being experienced by people in Gaza, you can do something small to help this weekend.

A Dip for Gaza swim will take place at Myrtleville Beach this Sunday, April 13th at 2pm.

All funds raised at the event will go to Gaza Go Bragh (Gaza Forever), a grassroots initiative providing aid in Gaza.

A fun family day is planned on the sand with refreshments and treats for all who are brave enough to take the plunge for an excellent cause.

Myrtleville is around 20-35 minutes drive from Cork City depending on traffic. There is also a bus service (Route 220) that connects Cork City to Myrtleville, that’s around 35-45 minutes.
