Spend Sunday enjoying a Tea Ceremony complete with a sound bath and acupuncture

Feeling frazzled after a long week?
Going to a pub to drink tea and get an acupuncture treatment is not what we’d traditionally have in store of a Bank Holiday weekend, but the older you get, the more appealing this kind of prospect begins to sound.
On Sunday, April 30th, O’Sho Cork is hosting a Tea Ceremony in their Barrack Street oasis, followed by an acupuncture session and sound bath using crystal singing bowls. The experience is designed to help you unwind and find a sense of immense calm, employing all the senses.
The tea blends used in the ceremony are carefully crafted to help you let go of your worries and find inner peace, and Hayley Power, acupuncturist, sound therapist, and organic tea blender will be on hand to guide you through the acupuncture treatment, which will be accompanied by the harmonious notes of her crystal singing bowls.
When it’s all over, you can indulge in some tasty cheese and nibbles from The Olive Stall, making for a truly delicious afternoon.
“This Tea Ceremony, Sound Bath and Acupuncture Session with a Tea & Cheese pairing is a unique Sunday afternoon opportunity for you to do something really special for yourself,” said Hayley.
We couldn’t agree more.
