Some Dose is now pouring top-notch coffee in a rather iconic new city location

Great news, remote workers.
Some Dose, the local café that’s been quietly turning out some of the city’s best coffee, has finally decided to grace us with another brick-and-mortar location… and it’s perfect for catching up on some work over a brew.
And where else would they choose but one of the city’s most iconic spots?
Coffee entrepreneurs Jarryd and Tamzyn Kotze have just opened their third Some Dose café at Cork Opera House, adding to their busy roster of spots that include Hanley’s Garden Centre and Turner’s Cross.

Taking over the café at the front of the building, overlooking Emmet Place, they’re pouring delicious Roasted Brown coffee alongside a selection of treats from Alchemy, Pure Raw Energy and The Natural Foods Bakery.
“We are open at Cork Opera House from 8:30am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, and closed on the weekends,” Jarryd told Yay Cork.
“We are sharing the space with the Opera House, so they run the coffee shop in the evening for the evening shows.”
“This location is the perfect place to work from as there are loads of indoor seats and it’s also the perfect meeting place. It’s also great for people-watching, with big windows… and a bit of a sun trap as well!”
