Sober Lane’s new restaurant ‘Sully’s’ opens today (and it’s *ideal* for a relaxed dinner)

Add it to your list.
Sully’s at Sober Lane officially opens its doors today, with a gorgeous new restaurant for city centre meet-ups, family gatherings and fun work nights out.
Already home of the World’s Greatest Goujon (as voted by fans) the new restaurant on Sullivan’s Quay will offer a tasty menu of hefty burgers, zingy tacos and plenty of delicious vegetarian and vegan options.

We’ve already earmarked the Beef Brisket Nachos (served with guacamole, Truckstop cheese sauce, pickled slaw and lime sour cream) and the Cider Roast Chicken (hello creamy chive mash, buttered carrots and parsnips and caramelised onion gravy) for our first visit.
”Our food has always done the talking for us at Sober Lane.” says head chef, Amit Katti.
“And at our new restaurant, Sully’s, we’re dishing out our crowd favourites too from goujon nachos to our selection of kick-ass tacos that are a long-standing customer favourite.

Conor McLoughlin, General Manager, and Amit Katti, Head Chef, Sully’s at Sober Lane.
“They’re all backed up by very scoffable beef and chicken burgers and vegan options. Our vegan and gluten-free sticky toffee pudding is already a huge hit with our regulars.”
From lively group gatherings to casual hangouts, the restaurant is designed for good times, big laughs, and meals that can continue late into the night.
The full menu is up now if you want a peek and bookings for Sully’s at Sober Lane are open now over here.
