It was an Electric Picnic highlight for many.

But if you missed the fun in Stradbally this year, Sing Along Social has decided to take Britney and Beyoncé on a national tour of Ireland.

The Craic Mechanics, who specialise in singing parties for people who can’t sing are bringing Britney vs Beyoncé to Connolly’s of Leap on Saturday, September 30th, and The Pav in Cork City on November 3rd, 2023.

“It’s sort of like group karaoke but with no microphones or putting anyone on the spot,” they told us.

“It’s about singing at the top of your lungs to your favourite cheesy pop songs in the company of friends and strangers. The Sing Along Social love celebrating strong women in pop, and we can’t wait to wail and caterwaul along with these two icons.”
