Little Raw Kitchen is holding a beginners raw cake making class at Pink Moon on Washington Street on Sunday, May 26th, 2019 (tickets €43 here), with the lesson designed to introduce everyone to the basic skills involved in creating stunning raw plant-based desserts.
The class will make (and devour) six recipes on the day; Blueberry Lemon Cheezecake, Peanut Butter and Cacao Energy Balls, Carrot Cake, Mint Slice, Snickers Slice, and a Raspberry Coconut Bar.
Bring an empty container to take home everything you can’t eat – you’ll be munching your way through a low-sugar raw dessert trolley for the week.
