Renowned antiques and salvage specialists The Store Yard have opened a permanent Cork base in the seaside town, offering curios hunters access to the creme de la creme of their latest finds.

With over two decades of experience, owner, David Keane has established a reputation as an expert in antiques with a particular interest in Irish vernacular furniture and architectural salvage.
In fact, the Store Yard’s Portlaoise base boasts 25,000sq ft of the best architectural salvage, vintage, period, retro furniture and curios in the country, supplying film props for movies and TV shows including Little Women, The Widow, Penny Dreadful, and Wild Mountain Thyme, to name but a few.

The Youghal branch officially opened over the weekend at No. 94 Main Street, operating by appointment only on Fridays (ideal if you’re on the hunt for specific pieces for a project – call them on 057 868 0088 to arrange) and opening to the public on Saturdays from 10am to 5pm.
