Oooh- there’s an Antiquarian Book Market open all weekend on Douglas Street

Grab a bag, bookish folk.
If you like nothing better than to while away a few hours browsing books, there’s a lovely little market happening on Douglas Street this weekend as part of Cork Book Week.
Nano Nagle Place is celebrating the event with a special Antiquarian Book Market this Saturday and Sunday, April 23rd and 24th from 11am until 5pm on both days.
“Browse out of print, local interest and specialist books along with coins and other ephemera in our Conference Space across the weekend.” the venue announced on Twitter.

Booklovers can enjoy a host of fascinating events across the weekend as part of the Festival, including A Morning with the Book Agents on Saturday, where writers can access invaluable advice from agents Sallyanne Sweeney and Polly Nolan.
A six-hour marathon reading of Pancho and Lefty Ride Again, a collection of award-winning short fiction by Cónal Creedon and this year’s One City One Book, will take place at Crane Lane from 12pm until 6pm.
