One of Kinsale’s best restaurants is about to launch a pop-up gourmet burger joint

It’s a good time to live within 5km of Kinsale.
The kitchen crew behind Man Friday are opening a pop-up burger joint this weekend.
The famous Scilly eatery, which first opened in 1978, has been closed since the summer, but now the team have decided to roll with the punches and treat locals to a top-notch takeaway while we wait out the restrictions.
Bruce Burger will open this Friday, February, serving weekly from Friday to Sunday, 5pm to 8pm with all orders taken online.
“While we are in lockdown, we have teamed up with the best local producers to give you a really great burger.” the restaurant announced on social media.

“All our burgers are cooked to perfection with daily minced Irish Black Angus Beef and freshly baked Irish artisan brioche buns.”
There are four burgers on the menu, from the straight-up hamburger (€7) to the double cheeseburger (€9.50) and they also do a choice of fries or sweet potato fries, desserts, soft drinks, beer and wine.

All Bruce Burgers are served with the works so don’t forget to indicate if you want any of ‘the works’ removed when you place your order via the website.
