One of Cork’s most delicious delis is now hosting beginners cooking classes

This is the kind of New Year’s Resolution we approve of.
If learning to cook is top of your agenda for 2026, what better place to start than with an expert-led class at one of Cork’s most delicious delis.
Chef Charlotte Murphy is inviting wannabe cooks behind the scenes at Nádúr Deli on Nano Nagle Place in Cork City for a delightful Nature’s Table Cookery Class, a cosy gathering where good food meets storytelling.
Each three-hour cooking masterclass allows guests to learn from an experienced chef, exploring seasonal Cork ingredients, mastering new culinary techniques, and discovering the food philosophy of Good Day Deli and Nádúr Deli.

“In this relaxed and engaging three-hour experience, guests will watch Charlotte craft seasonal dishes that celebrate Cork’s finest local ingredients — showcasing creativity, sustainability, and ways to recreate the flavours and dishes at home.” they told us.
“This is a chance to see how our chefs think, taste, and create, while enjoying the food and the stories that make it special. Emphasis is placed on seasonal produce, creativity, sustainability, and Nádúr Deli’s signature style.”
On Saturday, January 10th and Sunday January 11th, you can take on Seasonal Small Plates. The following week on Saturday, January 17th and Sunday 18th, you’ll learn how to cook Brunch at Home.
The three-hour class is €115 per person and you can reserve your spot now here.
