And now pizza lovers in Glanmire will be able to find out what all the fuss is about when Oak Fire Pizza launches a brand new pop-up pizzeria in the neighbourhood.

Oak Fire Pizza will be opening at The Yard at The Castle, Glanmire on Thursday, March 9th – just in time for the St Patrick’s Weekend festivities.

Famous across the city and county for their luscious wood-fired pies topped with Cork produce, including fresh vegetables, cheese, and meat from local producers such as Clonakilty Black Pudding, Oak Fire first opened in West Cork in 2015, rapidly expanding to Princes Street, then Gillabbey Street, Douglas, and the Marina Market.

Now the award-winning pizza slingers are bringing their full menu to Glanmire, where you can kick back over a slice of the Gubbeen Chorizo (tomato sauce, freshly sliced smoked Gubbeen chorizo, fior di latte mozzarella), the Veggie (roasted peppers, red onion, mushroom, kalamata olives, fior di latte mozzarella) or the Spicy Nduja (tomato sauce, nduja – spicy Calabrian sausage meat – fior di latte mozzarella, basil), to name but a few options on the menu.

All pizzas are 10” and range from €10 to €13.

The ideal venue for work parties, family gatherings, and bank holiday drinks with friends, YARD boasts loads of space so you can mix and a-mingle, and socialise in comfort afterwards too.
