Now there’s a TIMED hand soap (and you can get your mitts on one for free)

Here’s a worrying update on Covid-19 hand-washing…
Apparently, only 5% of people are soaping up their lámha for the recommended 20 seconds necessary to get them completely virus-free. Grim.
Now an Irish creative agency has come up with a clever solution: the first-ever timed soap.
So simple it’s actually genius, 20 Second Soap is the brainchild of the clever folk at Verve; it’s a tiny bar of soap (pop it in your pocket) that lasts for exactly 20 seconds, so when it’s gone you know you’ve done a good job of leaving your mitts sparkling.
“Everyone is reading the same news headlines but we’re not all frontline medics, so we have to get creative with what we can do to help.” says the Verve team.
“The limited-edition 20 Second Soaps will be given away for free as a way to educate people about the twenty-second guideline. The tiny soaps are proof that little things can make a big difference and that creativity can do its bit, even when times are dark.”

“We have a small amount of these itty bitty soaps to give away for free. But don’t worry if our limited supply has run out – you can make your own by chopping up a 15x15mm thin sliver of soap… don’t forget your thumbs!”
