Everyone knows that it’s better to adopt an animal in need instead of buying one, so no matter what breed of doggo you’re interested in rehoming, Cork Dog Action Welfare’s new app should be your first port of call.

DAWG is currently the only rescue in Ireland that has its own app and it’s all thanks to Richard Harrington and his team of experts at the digital design company The Ginger Codemen.

Here’s what the display looks like:

“Richard adopted Kevin and Barry and wanted to do something for DAWG as a thank you for his new buddies.” said a Cork DAWG spokesperson.

“We are so grateful. The Cork DAWG app shows all the dogs looking for new homes and also allows for people to donate on a monthly or one-time basis.”
